    Opportunities & Exposure

    1. Drive process optimization in Claims Management

    • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) on evolution/ enhancement of newly developed on-line tool
    • Enhance communication & marketing of new tool
    • Support roll-out of tool to new sites within APAC
    • Provide training to internal & external team within APAC
    • Identify improvement areas and develop actions plan with project committee to reduce claims

    2. Drive improvement in data quality management

    • Participate in evidence gathering and root cause determination to secure the quality process in our logistics partner (Ceva) to fulfil customer’s expectation
    • Perform thorough quality analysis to measure the effectiveness of various quality processes using data and internal auditing tools
    • Initiate corrective actions for procedural or process deficiencies
    • Develop common tools to facilitate weekly performance tracking/ reporting and follow up of KPI’s and actions plan

    Requirements

    • Able to commit 6 months of internship
    • Analytical skills and good Microsoft Office technical skills (knowledge of SAP or any WMS software is a plus)
    • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • Strong Project Management and Change Management skills
    • Continuous improvement oriented, open minded & Team player
    • Customer and result oriented

The Travel Retail Controller plays a key role in ensuring alignment between financial objectives of the TR APAC market and overall WW business strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for the planning, monitoring, reporting and analysis of the TR APAC business performance, through supporting of all financial aspects including monthly management reporting, budgets, and all ad-hoc finance analysis. He/she constantly reviews and improves the level of management reporting by developing relationships with members of the organization and creating clear and insightful analysis. He/she ensures best practice and consistent financial processes across - making recommendations and implementing as appropriate. The TR Controller takes part and challenges key business decisions using relevant reporting and analysis and presenting data in a commercial way in order to optimize costs and efficiency of activities.
