Responsibilities & duties (Mandatory):
· B.S. degree in Computer Science or related fields
· 4 or more years working experience in systems development & support in relational databases and Unix shell scripting
· Hands on and very proficient in
· Ability to write and maintain complex SQL queries
· Strong development experience in SQL procedures, triggers, query optimization and tuning
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience with Windows and Unix platforms
· Must be a team player
· Experienced working with Agile Scrum methodology and Team Foundation Server 2013
· Ability to plan and prioritize work
· Interact with Business Analysts and Application Architect as it relates to requirements
· Strong customer focus
· Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal & team skills
Project Description (Mandatory)
Under general direction, formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop software to support a moderately complex system.
Consultant will be responsible delivery, testing, and rollout of software solutions. In a small team environment, consultant will work directly with IT leads, manager, and users to analyze and identify solutions to business problems, perform development and code reviews, track issues and resolution, and report project status.
Consultant must be able work independently to analyze issues that may arise to effectively support the business.
Developer should be able to do project development using Agile methodology.
