We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of product development, prioritization, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals
- Translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and charting
- Build and maintain product roadmaps and delivery plans
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Define product goals and success criteria for features and releases
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and business metrics to inform product decisions
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support release planning and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in the iGaming industry — mandatory
- Excellent English proficiency — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, estimation, and charting
- Proven experience working directly with technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B iGaming platforms or internal products
- Understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance considerations
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
