    Optimise inventory management

    • Regularly monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory.

    • Optimise inventory levels by maintaining appropriate Material Requirements Planning parameters, considering product categories, demand patterns and product life cycles.

    • Identify and report anomalies in sales forecasts to the relevant team so that forecasting models can be adjusted.

    • Provide Customer Service teams with accurate information regarding delivery times for out-of-stock products and large-volume orders.
