Job Responsibilities
Secure and manage the best retail locations for Maa Althahab stores in targeted malls and commercial areas.
Negotiate directly with mall managers and property owners to get the best lease terms and prices.
Conduct market analysis to identify prime retail opportunities and support strategic expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and property owners.
Follow up on all leasing deals from start to closure, including relocating stores to more strategic locations if needed.
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to support offline campaigns and drive store performance.
Represent the company at selected trade events and exhibitions to support expansion initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in retail expansion, leasing, or business development.
Proven track record in site selection and lease negotiation.
Knowledge of commercial leasing contracts and real estate basics.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
Preferred:
2–4 years of similar experience in a retail or F&B brand.
Strong network with mall operators, brokers, and property owners.
Familiarity with GIS and retail site analysis tools.
