Primary Function
Reels Creator has to understand short-form content, stay ahead of social media trends, and have hands-on experience in influencer marketing. will be also responsible for creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and community engagement across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot and publish high-quality vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms.
Create daily Instagram Stories and behind-the-scenes content to keep our audience engaged.
Develop content ideas based on trends, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Build and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying creators, negotiating collaborations, and tracking performance.
Coordinate with influencers to ensure content aligns with the brand's identity and campaign objectives.
Capture product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content in-store and during events.
Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with the marketing team and brand management to execute content calendars and campaign launches.
Analyse content performance and continuously optimize creative strategies based on insights.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Reels creation or social media marketing.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, and emerging social media trends.
Excellent mobile videography and photography skills.
Familiarity with editing apps such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Ability to create engaging content while maintaining high quality.
Strong storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Experience in fragrance, fashion, jewellery, luxury, or e-commerce brands is a strong advantage.
