JOB SUMMARY
The Morrisville Auxiliary Corporation (MAC) Student Ambassador serves as the student face and voice of MAC, helping promote programs, services, and events across campus. This role is ideal for a student who is outgoing, creative, organized, and enthusiastic about enhancing the student experience.
Student Ambassadors will create engaging content for social media, assist with marketing initiatives, represent MAC at campus events, and help plan and execute special programs and pop-up events. Through storytelling, photography, videography, and peer engagement, Student Ambassadors will help connect students with the services and resources available to them.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, interviews, and student-focused features.
- Collaborate with Auxiliary Services department directors and staff to develop content that highlights programs, services, and events.
- Attend campus events and activities to capture photos and videos for future marketing and communications efforts.
- Plan, organize, and assist with Auxiliary Services pop-up events, promotions, and special programs.
- Represent Auxiliary Services at information tables during events such as Open Houses, Accepted Student Days, and other campus activities.
- Engage with students and campus visitors in a professional, friendly, and informative manner.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives as assigned.
- Provide feedback and ideas to help Auxiliary Services better connect with students.
PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND DEMANDS
- Able to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch and kneel.
- Must be available for night and weekend store hours.
