POSITION TITLE: Manufacturing Engineering Co-op Student

LOCATION: North Bay, Ontario

Salary: $20 to $25 per hour

Anticipated Start Date: January 4th, 2027

MacLean Engineering is looking for an energetic Manufacturing Engineering Co-op Student to join our Manufacturing Engineering team in North Bay, ON. This co-op opportunity is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic Engineering and Production environment while applying classroom learning to real manufacturing challenges. The successful candidate will work with engineering, production, and other cross-functional groups, including vendors and customers, in support of the design and manufacturing of heavy mobile mining equipment.

About the Co-op Position: The Manufacturing Engineering Co-op Student will support problem solving, process improvement, and root cause analysis activities across various products and manufacturing disciplines, primarily liaising between production and engineering. This role provides exposure to product and process development, quality-focused manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
