    • Identify training needs and development opportunities; partner with stakeholders to build targeted training plans and strengthen team capability

    • Review and validate customs documentation for accuracy, including country of origin/export, importer of record (IOR), terms of sale, valuation, and tariff classification, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and federal requirements

    • Perform daily follow‑ups on documentation discrepancies, demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills and effective written and verbal communication with customers, overseas origins, and internal teams

    • Escalate unresolved issues, compliance risks, or systemic gaps in a timely manner before they materially impact customers or Maersk operations

    • Collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and other branches to deliver consistent, high‑quality customs services and seamless customer experience

    Requirements

    • 2–5 years of experience in customs brokerage.
