Senior Developer / Salesforce (M/F)

The Senior Salesforce Developer role combines functional analysis, effort estimation, client relationship management, and mentoring of junior developers. This role is aimed at a bilingual (French/English) Senior Salesforce Developer.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Salesforce Developer (M/F), you work on various Salesforce projects.

• Analyse user requirements and propose tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Estimate the effort required for the development of new features
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present technical solutions
• Anticipate needs and risks to ensure the smooth running of projects
• Stay informed of new Salesforce features and updates to propose relevant improvements
• Mentor junior developers and support their professional development
• Facilitate technical workshops to share knowledge and best practices
• Communicate fluently in both French and English

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
• In-depth knowledge of four Salesforce clouds.
• Proficiency in No Code configuration, including data model, layouts, Lightning Record Pages, flows, and user experiences (VR).
• Proficiency in Salesforce development using APEX, Visualforce, and LWC/LWR.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs for integrating and interacting with other systems.
• Proficiency in at least two CI/CD tools, such as SFDX, CIDX, Gearset, Bitbucket, or Copado.
• Active technology watch to stay current on the latest trends and innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem.
