SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

The Magic Mondayz team is growing and we are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our brand new office in central Sliema, Malta.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Liaise with the clients and manage their expectations
• Conduct client meetings in different locations around Europe (occasional travels are required)
• Manage client’s accounts and providing the best service on a daily basis

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or in a staffing agency) – preferably within the IT Sector or iGaming
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal  and organizational skills
• Can-do attitude
• Strong decision-making skills
• Bubbly and outgoing personality
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in other languages such as Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian or German would be considered as a big plus
