We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements. This position offers flexible remote work options, allowing you to recruit talent nationwide while collaborating virtually with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Utilizing tools to draft job descriptions and interview questions to help assist hiring teams.
- Ability to proactively source passive candidates and build a pipeline through various job boards including LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, screener questions, screener interviews, and other forms of communication.
- Ability to source candidates that align with the company's core values.
- Connects qualified candidates with hiring teams in a timely manner.
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer.
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
- Communicating with senior management on the status of each job request during weekly meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
