We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our Legal team in Tallinn, Estonia.
Main Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer legal and transactional documents
- Provide legal advice and support on legal matters
- Manage legal proceedings, litigation, and business transactions
- Analyze and identify legal risks and implications, and recommend solutions
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Handle ad hoc assignments
- Keep management informed of new laws and regulations that may affect the company
Main Requirements
- Experience in the aviation industry
- A degree in Law and at least five years of experience in commercial law
- Knowledge of personal data protection regulations and requirements is an advantage
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Excellent spoken and written English. Estonian or Lithuanian is an advantage.
- A strong sense of ownership
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
