As part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will support enterprise environments, monitor mission-critical systems, resolve operational incidents, and learn modern cloud technologies while helping our customers maintain secure, scalable and reliable cloud platforms.

What you'll do

• Monitor cloud infrastructure, system health, performance, security and availability

• Provide L1 operational support by responding to alerts and resolving standard infrastructure incidents

• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required

• Perform routine operational tasks, health checks and maintenance activities

• Assist with deployments, patching and basic system administration

• Follow operational procedures, incident management and security best practices

• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks

• Continuously learn and contribute to cloud, automation and digital transformation initiatives

• 0–2 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure or Cloud, or a relevant technical education

• Basic understanding of Linux, networking and cloud concepts

• Analytical thinking and willingness to learn

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Endless curiosity

• Fluent English
