- Teaching swimmers using our proven Small Steps approach
- Building water confidence and real swimming skills
- Leading safe, structured, high-energy lessons
- Encouraging swimmers and celebrating progress
- Communicating with families professionally and warmly
- Creating a fun, positive learning environment
- Supporting your team and helping the day run smoothly

Qualifications
- Standard First Aid & CPR-C
- National Lifeguard or Bronze Cross
- Making Waves Coach Course (we train you)

Schedule
- Start Date: September 14th, 2026
- Daytime Hours: Monday-Friday between 9:00am-4:00pm
