Compliance Coordinator for heavylift and transport projects

The Compliance Coordinator supports the organization and its employees by coordinating client site-access and compliance requirements for heavy lift and transport projects. This position serves as a primary point of contact throughout the site-access process, helping ensure employees complete required registrations, screenings, training, orientations, documentation, and other client-specific requirements to support timely project mobilization and site readiness.
This role works closely with employees, project teams, internal stakeholders, and client representatives to track requirements, resolve access issues, maintain accurate compliance records, and support an efficient and compliant site-access process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, project teams, internal stakeholders, and client representatives regarding site-access and compliance requirements.• Coordinate and process employees for site access in accordance with client and project-specific requirements.• Register and process employees through client-specific systems and compliance portals.• Coordinate required client training, orientations, badging, screenings, documentation, and other site-access requirements.• Assist employees with registrations, training, and completion of client requirements.• Track employee site-access status and follow up on outstanding requirements to support timely project mobilization and site readiness.• Communicate employee readiness, outstanding requirements, and status updates to appropriate stakeholders and project teams.• Troubleshoot registration, system, training, and site-access issues and escalate when needed.• Maintain accurate compliance records, trackers, credentials, certifications, and expiration dates.• Monitor upcoming expirations and coordinate required renewals or updates.• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee, client, and project information.• Identify and support process improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen site-access and compliance processes.• Perform other related duties and support additional functions as needed to meet business and operational needs.
• Experience with compliance management systems and client portals, including DISA, ISNetworld, Avetta, and Veriforce, preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.• Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.• Ability to work independently and effectively with employees, internal stakeholders, project teams, and external clients.• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.• Previous experience in site access, compliance, onboarding, project coordination, HR administration, or a related function preferred.• Experience within heavy lift, transportation, construction, civil engineering, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, mining, or a similar industrial environment preferred.• 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
