Mammoet is looking for Global Trainers to help shape the future of our organization.

As part of our continuous improvement journey, we are embedding a harmonized way of working across the company. Training plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and long-term success on a global scale.

To support this vision, Mammoet is launching the under SHERPA developed concept: a structured onboarding program designed to support new employees as they begin their careers with us. This initiative offers a unique opportunity to help build and shape our global training approach from the ground up.

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about developing others and who bring a proactive, self-starting mindset. The ideal candidate is socially agile, flexible, and capable of managing a high and dynamic workload while building strong networks across the organization.

The role will initially operate within SHERPA, with a clear pathway into the Academy as the concept evolves.

Training sessions are delivered both online and in person. International travel is therefore an essential part of the role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver the 60-day onboarding and certification journey for new hires, transfers, and role transitions.
• Travel internationally to deliver training and embed adoption in operational environments.
• Facilitate blended learning across e-learning, virtual sessions, classroom training, and hands-on system training.
• Translate complex workflows into clear, practical, role-ready learning experiences.
• Provide coaching, floor support, and targeted interventions to strengthen performance.
• Support system rollouts, go-lives, and change adoption initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• At least 3+ years of experience within Mammoet.
• A self-starter mindset with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
• Strong networking capabilities and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
• High level of social agility and flexibility in diverse and fast-changing environments.
• Proven ability to manage a high workload and balance multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in cross-cultural environments.
• Experience supporting onboarding, role transitions, or capability upskilling (desirable).
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Experience with digital learning tools such as SAP Enable Now (desirable).
