We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with clinical leadership and people management capabilities.

Kō wai koe/About you:

• Prior experience in supervisory or leadership role is required
• Current Annual Practicing Certificate
• Experience in Well Child Tamariki Ora nursing and/or Authorised Vaccinator (highly advantageous)

Ngā pūkenga ka whai koe/Skills you will have:

• People management skills that include experience in mentorship, performance development and team building
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Provide direction and support to multidisciplinary teams, establishing clear expectations and priorities and monitoring progress against service goals, targets and contractual requirements
