Compensation
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, specialized skills, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.

About the Opportunity
The Enterprise Business Development Manager owns the front end of the sales process by engaging marketing-generated leads, developing target accounts, conducting discovery conversations with healthcare executives, and converting qualified opportunities into client proposals. This role serves as the primary link between Marketing and Sales by qualifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and generating a consistent pipeline of qualified proposals that contribute to new business growth.
