Job Descriptions:

1. Domestic as well as import invoice booking, custom MIRO, transport bill booking, travel and expenses claim processing as per travel Policy.
2. Vendor reconciliation, balance confirmations
3. Responsible for month end activities like GRIR reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and confirmation
4. Responsible for invoice record keeping, support to audit activities or any new development in AP process improvements.
5. Adhere to internal control guidelines and escalates any deviations in policies.
