Our clinicians utilize 1 on 1 treatment (50–55 minute visits), averaging ~7-9 patients per day, allowing you to focus on quality care - not volume.  You will never see the 14-20 patients/day that many outpatient brands expect.

With on-site 8-10 weekend manual therapy education opportunities per year, flexible scheduling options (4 day option available), paid ConEd with Evidence In Motion (EIM) Clinicient EMR, and AI documentation support to reduce admin time, Manual Edge provides the environment for clinicians to do their best work! Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
