Global Accounting and Reporting, Senior Financial Control Analyst

As a Senior Financial Control Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, and analysis while partnering with leaders across the organization. Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review standard and non-standard journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting deliverables.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances and trends, and provide meaningful commentary to stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, footnotes, and other internal and external reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance data management, and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support special projects, mentor junior team members, and share best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, or a related finance function.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience preparing financial statements, regulatory filings, or complex account reconciliations.
• Background in financial services, insurance, or a highly regulated industry.
• Experience driving process improvement or automation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to provide financial insights and reporting commentary to business stakeholders.
• Previous experience mentoring or supporting the development of junior team members.
