Job Summary
The Data Management & Vendor Compliance Analyst collaborates closely with all departments at Manzana. They will be responsible for delivering and maintaining reliable and accurate data across the organization. This role will also work closely with Purchasing and Quality to maintain vendor regulatory, industry and data compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain with quality and procurement system to track vendor compliance documentation.
Qualifications
· 5+ years professional experience working with process manufacturing data (Item Setups, Bill of Materials, Production Orders, Warehousing)
· Hands-on experience applying software to manufacturing needs and troubleshooting.
· Practical knowledge with Windows operating systems.
Skills:
· Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
· Knowledge of end to end Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail and financial processes.
· Ability to work in a team environment to manage projects, including teammate deliverables, with leadership and diplomacy.
· Strong problem solving skills, analytical skills, creativity, logical thinking, level-headedness and resilience.
Work Environment
· Normal office environment.
· Travel 2-3 times per year by plane for conferences.
