Job Summary**
Join our dynamic team at Mariani Enterprises, LLC as an Installation Crew Member, where you will be instrumental in the successful execution of landscape installation projects. This role involves physical labor and collaboration to bring design concepts to life.
Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the loading and unloading of landscape materials and equipment.
* Perform various manual tasks including digging, raking, planting, mulching, and grading.
* Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
* Work collaboratively with other crew members and the Crew Supervisor to complete projects on time and to specifications.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress or issues.
* Assist in the preparation of sites for installation, including debris removal and soil amendments.
Job Qualifications**
* Previous experience in landscaping or a related outdoor construction field preferred, but not required.
* Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.
* Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
* Reliable transportation to and from the company’s designated meeting point.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of landscape tools and equipment is a plus.
