Are you someone who cares deeply about others and wants to bring comfort when it matters most?
Join our Hospital Companion service at Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital, where you can make a meaningful difference to people with a terminal diagnosis. As a volunteer, you’ll offer emotional support, companionship, and a calming presence to people who need it most. Each week, you’ll spend time with someone - listening, chatting, and simply being there when they need a friendly face.
Availability: 3 hours per week
Time: Flexible to suit your schedule
Location: Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital, Bangor LL57 2PW
Criteria: Minimum 18 years of age. Willing to submit a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) application
