    Job description

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as the primary point of contact for ultra-high-net-worth clients. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong financial proficiency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage the day-to-day financial and administrative complexities of a client's world.

The CRM serves as the quarterback for the relationship, coordinating with clients, advisors, CPAs, attorneys, bankers, insurance professionals, property managers, and household staff to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional client experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their professional teams.

    • Review and present personal financial statements, consolidated reporting packages, budgets, and cash flow projections.

    • Oversee day-to-day financial administration, including cash management, bill pay, money movement, insurance premiums, and tax payments.

    • Coordinate trusts, LLCs, operating businesses, commercial real estate, personal residences, and rental properties.

    • Partner with advisory, tax, and estate planning teams to support liquidity planning, tax compliance, and implementation of planning strategies.

    • Monitor client activity, proactively identify issues, and drive solutions to completion.

    • Ensure timely, accurate execution of client requests while maintaining the highest level of service and discretion.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of client-facing experience in a family office, business management, accounting, or wealth management environment.

    • Experience managing complex high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.

    • Strong understanding of personal financial statements, cash flow reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

    • Experience working with multiple entities, trusts, real estate holdings, and business interests.

    • Working knowledge of cash management, bill pay, money movement, and financial administration.

    • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

    • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
