LVN – Licensed Vocational Nurse

Marin Post Acute is hiring compassionate, dependable LVNs to join our skilled nursing team! If you're a licensed vocational nurse who takes pride in quality resident care and strong teamwork, we'd love to have you on board.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs on your shift
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Chart resident conditions, care provided, and responses accurately
- Transcribe physician orders and maintain up-to-date resident records
- Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the supervising nurse/physician
- Perform treatments such as wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and vital signs
- Ensure care plans are followed and updated as resident needs change
- Support new admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Maintain infection control, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (nursing, dietary, activities, etc.)
- Participate in in-service training and continuing education
What We're Looking For
- Active, unencumbered LVN license in California
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
