2026-2027 School Opportunities
We are actively hiring for school-based SLP in these areas:
- Avondale (CCC or CF)
- Central Phx (Biltmore/Camelback Corridor) *needs CCC for some supervision
- Queen Creek (CCC or CF)
- Northwest Phoenix (Bilingual CCC or CF)
Because we partner with multiple school districts & charters across the Valley, additional positions may become available throughout the Greater Phoenix area. Our goal is to match each therapist with the district, commute, and schedule that best fits their preferences.
Compensation & Benefits
Target Full-Time Annual Salary: $89,800
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, school district placement, geographic assignment, and role responsibilities.
100% Employer-Paid Medical Base Plan
Eligible full-time employees receive a fully employer-paid medical base plan, with no employee premium contribution required. Employees may select enhanced coverage options and pay the additional cost of upgrading their coverage.
Dedicated SLP Support & Resources
Our support model is designed to help SLPs succeed clinically while managing the day-to-day demands of a school-based caseload. Support includes:
- Access to an extensive library of clinical resources, assessment materials, templates, and therapy tools
- A dedicated School Director who serves as your liaison with school leadership
- Assistance obtaining the information, materials, scheduling support, and resources you need
- Collaborative problem-solving for caseload, scheduling, and school-site concerns
- Additional workload support during periods with a high volume of evaluations
- Structured onboarding and ongoing guidance throughout the school year
