Continuous Improvement Team Leader

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Engineering.
  
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
  
• Good English skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and coach the Continuous Improvement team and identify qualification needs.
  
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of Continuous Improvement projects.
  
• Support the ramp-up and implementation of new projects.
  
• Promote Lean/Six Sigma methods and a continuous improvement culture.
  
• Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure sustainable results.
  
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments.
