Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field.
3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and team leadership.
Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement methods.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive team performance and achieve production KPIs.
Good English skills; German is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of direct reports, fostering engagement and accountability.
Ensure the achievement of operational and performance objectives within the assigned area.
Monitor and drive key performance indicators such as Productivity, First Time Through (FTF), Scrap, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and support on production equipment, resolving short-duration issues when possible.
Ensure compliance with qualification and multi-skilling matrices to maintain workforce flexibility.
Oversee machine condition, workplace organization, and adherence to 5S standards within the production area.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, work instructions, and operational guidelines.
Evaluate, coach, develop, and motivate team members to support continuous improvement and performance excellence
