HR Business Partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and employment practices

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
  
• Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Identify training needs and support employee development.
• Support conflict management and maintain a positive working environment.
• Drive HR development initiatives in line with business needs
• Partner with managers and employees on HR-related topics
