Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar leadership position within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience managing industrialization, manufacturing, or production projects.
  
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
  
• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  
• High level of accountability, initiative, and results orientation.
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
