Engineering or Technician Degree in Plastics Technician or Plastic Engineer
3 to 5 years of experience in injection molding manufacturing.
Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or shift leader role preferred.
Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of direct reports, fostering engagement and accountability.
Ensure the achievement of operational and performance objectives within the assigned area.
Monitor and drive key performance indicators such as Productivity, First Time Through (FTF), Scrap, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and support on production equipment, resolving short-duration issues when possible.
Ensure compliance with qualification and multi-skilling matrices to maintain workforce flexibility.
Oversee machine condition, workplace organization, and adherence to 5S standards within the production area.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, work instructions, and operational guidelines.
Evaluate, coach, develop, and motivate team members to support continuous improvement and performance excellence
