Process Engineer

Qualifications

• Manage and optimize automated spindle painting processes, including process parameters, equipment performance
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and process stability.
• Knowledge in the field of high pressure forming and IML injection molding
• Optimize automated and robot assisted production
• Support troubleshoot process issues and ensure safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  
• Previous experience in process engineering within an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment.
  
• Practical experience with automated manufacturing and robot-assisted production systems.
  
• Experience with automated spindle painting processes is highly desirable.
  
• Knowledge and practical experience in high-pressure forming and IML injection molding.
