Quality Analysis Technician

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a technical or related field
  
• 2y+ experience and solid knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, such as root‑cause analysis, problem‑solving techniques, control plans, and process monitoring tools
  
• Good English and French language skills, both written and verbal
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing measurements, inspections, and documentation
  
• Ability to interpret technical data and quality standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of quality defects detected during production.
  
• Supervise the implementation of all controls and measures specified in control plans and inspection instructions.
  
• Participate in the handling of customer complaints by analyzing defects and proposing corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
  
• Closely monitor repair operations and additional inspections on production lines.
  
• Supervise in-process and final quality assurance inspections and support decisions on the acceptance or rejection of product batches.
  
• Record analysis results and scrap data.
  
• Support shift leaders in employee training.
  
• Monitor performance with regard to key activity indicators (FTF, scrap, etc.).
