    Night Room Attendant

    As a Night Room Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards of the hotel during overnight hours. You will ensure guest rooms, corridors and public areas are impeccably maintained, supporting a seamless guest experience while preparing the property for the day ahead. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellence within a luxury hospitality environment and is comfortable working independently during overnight shifts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the highest standards during overnight operations
    • Complete room servicing, refreshes and turndown-related tasks as assigned
    • Ensure all guest rooms are fully replenished with amenities, linens and supplies
    • Carry out deep-cleaning duties and overnight housekeeping projects to support overall hotel presentation standards
    • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping enquiries during the night shift
    • Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas and equipment in a clean and organised manner.
    • Follow all housekeeping procedures and brand presentation standards consistently
    • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns or damaged items promptly and accurately
    • Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a safe, secure, clean and welcoming condition
    • Support preparations for the following day's operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are guest-ready
    • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel operations at all times
    • Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering and Security teams to ensure seamless overnight operations
    • Uphold all health, safety and hygiene procedures and company policies

    Core Competencies

    We are seeking a professional and detail‑oriented individual with a passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence. You should have:

    • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to presentation and cleanliness standards
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment
    • Good organisational and time‑management skills
    • A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate operational needs
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Professional presentation and a positive, service‑driven attitude
    • Reliability and flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
    • Physical capability to carry out the operational demands of the role
