The purpose of this role is to prepare, plan & execute the Austrian plan on Chocolate, Gum & Ice Cream brand plans maximizing ROI, supporting customer’s events, top launches & brand activities.
You will have the great occasion to work with very famous brans like Orbit, Snickers, M&Ms, Mars, Milky Way, Twix and to manage a budget.
This position reports to the Head of Customer Activation DACH.
Please note that this role is a temporary assignment for an initial period of 18 months.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Responsible to execute the Activity Plan: Launch, Display, Customer Tools like Folder/Magazine, Instore Sampling etc.
- Responsible for instore execution ( on shelf & off ) for all customers in Austria (trade tools budget allocation; Toolkit Deployment e.g: Micro site creation, Mechanics Optimisations, Localise visuals, Premia process, Regulatory check) link to national activities
- High degree of collaboration with Portfolio, Sales and Field Team
- Build local sales folders base on the general argumentary across the cluster
- Prepare financial business case on displays & copacks link to an activity
- Copacking/ Material Responsibility:
- Manage the menu display catalogue defined together with the activation manager & activation executive (including national & customer specifics)
- Responsible for Copacking tracking & simplification
- Responsible for high quality production of the POS materials
- Support budget tracking of Consumer Promotions ensuring control & efficient investment
- Management of purchase orders (PO) at local level
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor/Master´s degree in Economics or similar education
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales or Marketing / Customer Marketing, preferably in the FMCG area
- Great analytical skills and keen on working with numbers
- Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- A high degree of Action orientation and a focus on results
- An open-minded personality who is eager to learn and develop
- Fluent in German and English
