Legal Executive

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team, supporting key conveyancing operations and contributing to the smooth running of our legal processes.

Role Overview

The Legal Executive will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team, assisting with property acquisitions and sales, and preparing accurate legal and administrative outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Initial review of title deeds received to prepare contracts and related conveyancing documents.
• Arranging signing meetings with clients and issuing signed documents post-meeting.
• Stamping and registering deeds post completion of purchases.
• Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders to progress matters in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive tracker of all active conveyancing cases.
• Assist with the drafting of deeds of release and discharge.
• Prepare and process invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
• Ensure all documentation is produced with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and manage data effectively.
• 4 days a week in the office

Skills & Experience Required

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing role is essential
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.
