As ERP & Finance Transformation Lead Europe & APAC, you will lead the transformation of Finance processes, capabilities and technology across two strategically important regions. You will play a critical role in shaping how Finance operates in the future, leveraging ERP and digital technologies to simplify processes, strengthen controls, improve data quality and enable Finance teams to become more strategic business partners.
This is not an ERP implementation role alone. It is a business transformation leadership role, with ERP and technology serving as key enablers of a broader Finance operating-model transformation.
You will work across countries, functions and levels of the organization to define the future-state Finance model, translate business requirements into scalable solutions and lead the organization through significant change.
Working closely with Regional and Global Finance leadership, IT, P&O, Supply Chain, Commercial and local business leaders, you will ensure that transformation delivers tangible business value—from improved financial visibility and faster decision-making to greater process efficiency, standardization and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance Transformation Strategy
- Lead the Europe & APAC Finance transformation roadmap (ERP, processes, ways of working, efficiencies, etc.), aligned with global Finance strategy and business priorities.
- Translate the Finance vision into a clear future-state operating model, capabilities, processes and technology roadmap.
- Simplify, standardize, automate and digitize Finance activities across markets and leverage core model design
- Conduct gap analysis with From / To and assess change management impact
- Ensure regional transformation priorities are aligned with global standards while reflecting legitimate local business and regulatory requirements.
ERP & Technology Transformation
- Lead transformation agenda for major ERP and Finance technology initiatives across Europe & APAC.
- Partner closely with IT and technology teams to translate Finance requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Deploy ERP global design and drive E2E process evolution for successful business outcomes
- Drive standardization, simplification of Finance processes and master data across countries and legal entities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI and emerging technologies to improve Finance effectiveness.
- Ensure appropriate governance, controls, data integrity and compliance are embedded into future solutions.
Finance Operations Model & Process Excellence
- Lead the redesign and standardization /simplification of key Finance processes across the end-to-end value chain, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and management reporting.
- Identify opportunities to clarify roles, eliminate duplication and simplify Finance activities across countries and functions.
- Partner with Regional CFO, Global controller to assess activities to centralize, automate or retain locally.
- Establish common process standards, governance and performance measures across Europe & APAC.
- Drive continuous improvement following implementation to ensure transformation benefits are sustained.
Business Partnership & Value Creation
- Act as a strategic transformation partner to Regional and Country Finance leaders, helping translate business challenges into transformation opportunities.
- Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, procurement Operations, P&O and other functions to understand end-to-end business processes and dependencies.
- Ensure Finance transformation improves business decision-making rather than focusing solely on Finance efficiency.
- Build compelling business cases for transformation investments and ensure benefits are clearly defined and tracked.
Program & Transformation Delivery
- Establish clear governance, milestones, dependencies, risks and success measures.
- Stakeholders mgt with Region, transformation team and Global stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve programme risks, dependencies and barriers to delivery.
- Ensure transformation programme deliver on time, within agreed investment parameters and against measurable business outcomes.
Establish robust post-implementation governance to ensure benefits are embedded and continuously improved.

The ERP & Finance Transformation Lead operates across the intersection of business strategy, Finance, technology and organizational change.
Success requires much more than project management. The role works through influence, collaboration and strong business understanding to bring diverse stakeholders together around a common future-state vision.

The role operates in a highly matrixed international environment and must balance regional consistency with local market requirements.
The successful leader is highly visible across the organization, able to move comfortably between strategic discussions with senior executives, detailed process design with Finance experts and implementation discussions with technology teams.
They simplify complexity, challenge assumptions and create alignment across functions and geographies.
They ensure that technology is used as an enabler of transformation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline; MBA or relevant advanced qualification preferred.
- Significant experience in ERP deployment Finance operating model or large-scale business transformation.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and end-to-end business operations.
- Experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent.
- Proven ability to redesign and standardise processes across multiple countries and legal entities.
- Experience working across Europe and/or APAC within a complex international, matrixed organization.
- Strong programme and change-management experience, including managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Finance controls, governance, data and reporting.
- Experience managing external consulting and technology partners.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to build business cases and quantify transformation benefits.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are advantageous.
