Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Roadmap & Transformation: Drive the rollout and adoption of regional digital reporting solutions, FinTech tools, and automated FP&A frameworks to streamline decision-making.
- Agile Project Co-Piloting: Actively own and execute financial deliverables across diverse regional and global project setups, adapting quickly to shifting business priorities.
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling: Translate complex financial datasets into actionable strategic narratives, effectively influencing regional cluster leads, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks, champion modern ways of working, and embed digital best practices across European clusters and global segments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build collaborative, trust-based networks across Commercial, Digital Demand/Supply, IT, and Global Finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Value Creation: Perform scenario planning, project ROI evaluations, and productivity analyses to support regional growth and cost-transformation agendas.

Functional & Technical Expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering within an FMCG / multinational environment.
- Strong digital acumen and passion for technology (experience with modern BI/analytics platforms, ERP/financial reporting systems, or data visualization tools is highly advantageous).
