Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) is one of Pet Nutrition DACH strategic priorities to support our Category Growth agenda in a sustainable and profitable way.
This role is responsible for leading the analytics agenda around the SRM Pillars of Promotion & Pack Price Architecture (PPA) pillars across the Cluster, and managing Promotion Execution for a defined market/channel, including direct customer interaction with focus customers.
It plays a critical part in implementing high-value strategies within the Cluster. It demands extensive collaboration, data-driven storytelling, business acumen, and a strong drive for results. The role interacts directly with all Cluster Demand Teams, Regional SRM Team and other Clusters.
Please note that this role is a temporary assignment for an initial period of 12 months.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Promotion Strategy Execution: Translate Cluster Strategy into excellent promotional plans in defined market/channels across all areas of influence (Quantity and Quality of Promotions, PPG Split, Mechanics, Promo Calendar etc).
- Promotion Performance Measurement: Conduct In-depth promotion performance reviews and regular reporting across the 4C's (Category, Consumer, Company, Customer), identifying opportunities for growth and margin improvement.
- Promotion Planning: Leads regular customer centric promotion optimization process (Customer Centre of Excellence) for the defined market/channels.
- Customer Execution Management: Translate internal promotion strategy and planning in external Sell In stories for our customers and selectively join Promotion related meetings with focus customers in the market
- Co-Leads Pack Price Architecture (PPA) Analytics: In partnership with the Pricing/PPA Manager and other functions, implement and execute a harmonized and holistic analytical approach to define the ideal Pack Price Architecture tailored to channel and customer needs
- Digital SRM Agenda: Support implementation of new Digital Products in the area of Promotion / PPA as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)
What are we looking for?
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1,5+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG sales or demand.
- Previous experience in SRM / RGM considered a plus.
- High analytical skills translating Data into Insights into Action
- Basic knowledge and acumen across all SRM practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment paired with good organizational agility
- Experience in successfully translating strategies into action, delivering tangible results
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and strategies for diverse stakeholders using pragmatic solutions
- Proactive nature, leadership to build, develop and adjust with learning.
