Capability Manager – Kellanova Integration (12-months assignment)

Two opportunities: Europe & AMEA | Americas

We are looking for two Capability Managers to join the Kellanova Integration Project Team, with regional accountability for Europe & AMEA and the Americas.

These roles will play a critical part in ensuring our TA teams, Hiring Managers and Business Partners are ready and equipped to operate successfully within the Mars TA model, both during the transition period and at go-live.

The role

As Capability Manager, you will own the planning, coordination and deployment of the capability programme across your region, translating the future TA operating model into practical, role-based learning and readiness interventions. You will support multiple populations at different stages of the integration, including:

• Kellanova TA associates supporting Mars prior to go-live, ensuring they have the knowledge and capability required to operate effectively within Mars.
• Kellanova TA associates transitioning formally into Mars at go-live, providing structured preparation and capability building ahead of transition.
• Hiring Managers recruiting across Mars/Kellanova during the transition, ensuring they understand how to navigate the relevant recruitment and onboarding processes.
• The broader Kellanova Hiring Manager population moving to Mars at go-live, delivering the capability required to operate confidently within the new model.
• Business Partners, equipping them to understand and support the transition and future TA experience.
• Expansion countries and populations, adapting and deploying capability as additional countries enter scope through go-live.

Capability scope

• You will bring together and deploy capability across the end-to-end TA and onboarding service, including:

Gold Standard ways of working | TA operating model | End-to-end recruitment processes | Hiring Manager experience | Contracts & offers | Onboarding | Roles & responsibilities | Systems, tools and supporting technology

• Working closely with the global integration, TA, process and change teams, you will identify capability needs, build regional deployment plans, coordinate delivery, track readiness and ensure learning is landed consistently while adapting appropriately for regional requirements.

Assignment Length: 12 months

Location: Flexible within Mars locations where Talent Acquisition teams are based.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 108.160,00 - USD 148.720,00
