💼 The Role

Focuses on using data, reporting and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance within the logistics function. You will analyse site performance data, develop insightful Power BI reports and performance metrics, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste, and support the delivery of improvement projects.

Working closely with stakeholders across the site and wider European teams, you will use data-driven insights to influence decision-making, drive operational excellence and contribute to ongoing business improvement initiatives.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, evaluate solutions and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to engage stakeholders and achieve successful outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using SAP and Power BI desirable; willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Confidence in providing constructive feedback, sharing insights and communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI reporting to provide clear visibility of site performance, usage and consumption.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities and areas for efficiency improvement.
• Drive process improvements and waste reduction through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Communicate performance, findings and project updates to stakeholders at both site and European level.
• Act as the site's Power BI subject matter expert and support colleagues with reporting and SAP-related issues.
• Provide Industrial Engineering support through data analysis, performance measurement and the development of meaningful operational metrics.
