Global Program Senior Director
Location: Flexible, with a preference for proximity to a major hub

As the Global Program Senior Director for CAT 2.0 you will lead an enterprise-wide opportunity to pioneer scalable capabilities, ways of working, and technology solutions that can be leveraged across Mars, Incorporated. You will manage the execution engine, govern key workstreams, and help our Associates move away from fragmented systems, manual processes, and data silos. Your leadership will directly enable our organization to shift from passive survival to thriving in a digitized, AI-enabled future.
What will be your key responsibilities?
As Global Program Senior Director, you will lead the global CAT 2.0 transformation, bringing together commercial, digital, data and change teams to deliver a future-fit commercial ecosystem across Mars.
- Own the global CAT 2.0 roadmap, governance and delivery, ensuring key milestones, risks, resources and priorities are effectively managed.
- Lead cross-functional teams through large-scale transformation, driving alignment, engagement and adoption across global and regional stakeholders.
- Scale CAT 2.0 capabilities globally, accelerating the shift to standardized, integrated and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Partner with Commercial, Data, Technology and Change teams to embed digital solutions, trusted data and future-ready capabilities across the business.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating complex change into clear, compelling messages that drive understanding and action.
- Track and communicate program value, using KPIs, user feedback and adoption metrics to continuously improve outcomes and accelerate business impact.
What are we looking for?
- Significant experience in Global or regional procurement leadership, program management, or large-scale business transformation roles within a multinational matrix organization.
- Proven track record of steering cross-functional, multi-market digital or commercial (Procurement) transformation initiatives.
- Experience with modern digital commercial (procurement) ecosystems and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Strong background in change management frameworks and driving cultural adoption of new technologies.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and practices
- Solid experience of leading teams and stakeholders through transformation and change
