Regional Delivery Lead
Location: Flexible, with a preference for proximity to a major hub
Position type: 2 year assignment
The Regional Delivery Lead serves as the senior business representative for their region, accountable for ensuring successful business readiness, deployment readiness, adoption, and value realisation of programme outcomes.
Acting as the critical link between the global programme and regional stakeholders, the role ensures programme deliverables are successfully embedded into regional operations and that regional risks, impacts, and readiness considerations are proactively managed.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Act as the voice of the region, representing regional priorities, risks and business needs while aligning stakeholders behind the programme vision and objectives.
- Lead regional deployment readiness, assessing people, process, governance and operational preparedness, and driving actions to close gaps ahead of go-live.
- Drive business adoption and change, partnering with leadership and change teams to embed new ways of working and support a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Build strong relationships across regional and global teams, facilitating decision-making, resolving challenges and ensuring alignment throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Proactively manage regional risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns where needed and ensuring successful deployment outcomes.
- Track adoption, benefits and business impact, identifying opportunities to maximise value, sustain improvements and deliver long-term programme success.
What are we looking for?
Required
- Significant experience leading business transformation, operational change, or strategic initiatives within complex organisations.
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
- Experience driving business readiness, adoption, or deployment activities.
- Strong understanding of organisational change and business implementation challenges.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders in matrix environments.
Preferred
- Experience within large-scale global transformation programmes.
- Procurement, supply chain, shared services, or operating model transformation experience.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide business change initiatives.
