Data Lead (Resilience / AI Forecasting)
Location: Flexible - Paddington (London, UK), Warsaw (Poland) or Verden (Germany)
Position type: 12 - 15 month assignment

We're looking for a Data Lead to play a key role in the next phase of our Resilience, Revenue Protection and AI-powered Sourcing Assistant initiatives. Working at the intersection of data, technology, sourcing and supply chain, you'll ensure critical business data is accurate, accessible and actionable, helping shape strategic decisions that impact our global Pet Nutrition business.
What will you do?
As our Data Lead, you'll act as the central point of contact for data across major transformation initiatives, partnering closely with Digital Technologies, Sourcing, Supply Chain and external partners to deliver trusted, high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data readiness activities across resilience, revenue protection and sourcing automation programmes.
- Ensure critical data is accurate, complete, consistently defined and fit for business use.
- Partner with DT teams to identify source systems, integrations, data owners and technical dependencies.
- Drive data quality monitoring, issue resolution and continuous improvement activities.
- Support data modelling, reporting and insight generation that enables better sourcing decisions and risk management.
- Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations.
- Develop reports, dashboards and analytical tools to support stakeholders across the organisation.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in data analytics, data modelling or data management roles within a complex business environment.
- Strong capability working with large datasets and extracting insights from multiple data sources.
- Experience using tools such as SAP, Power BI or other business intelligence platforms.
- Understanding of modern data management practices, governance and data quality principles.
- Excellent project management, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical thinking with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Procurement, Sourcing or Supply Chain analytics.
- Experience supporting transformation programmes or enterprise-wide data initiatives.
- Knowledge of resilience, risk management or revenue protection processes.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance or a related discipline.
