Job Description:
The Sales Transformation Leader TPX (Trade Promotion Excellence) is the regional functional owner of the end-to-end TPX ecosystem. This strategic role is focused on enabling the business—specifically Sales, Strategic Revenue Management (SRM), and Finance—by ensuring they have an integrated, best-in-class TPM ecosystem. The leader is accountable for the functional health of the TPM landscape, driving the vision for tools, data, and processes to ensure they operate as one connected environment that empowers our commercial teams to maximize the value of our trade investments. You will also support with other sales systems.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Ecosystem Functional Ownership: Lead and own the Trade Promotion Excellence (TPX) ecosystem, managing the strategic evolution of systems, tools and ways of working.
Enable Business Success: Ensure the business has a world-class, integrated TPM ecosystem that empowers them to perform their roles effectively. Focus on providing the tools and processes necessary for best-in-class trade & promotion planning, execution, and analysis.
Data & KPI Governance: Own and govern the TPX data definitions, quality standards, and KPI logic to provide a "single source of truth" for measuring promotional performance.
Partnering with DT: Co-pilot with the Digital Technologies (DT) team to steer the technical roadmap and ensure the TPM platform is scalable, reliable, and continuously improved.
Adoption and Capability Scaling: Define and drive the adoption of regional standards, processes, and ways of working for the TPM ecosystem, ensuring consistency and efficiency across markets.
What are we looking for?
Deep understanding of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) processes and the related needs of Sales, Finance, and Revenue Management teams.
Demonstrated experience defining business requirements for technology solutions and governing data standards.
A strong track record as a business partner, with the ability to translate business needs into technical and process-based solutions.
Experience leading change management and driving user adoption for technology platforms across multiple markets.
Fluent written and spoken English.
