- Improve Efficiency in Delivery of Supply
- DI Adherence & Default Follow Up
- VOR, Express Back Order & Back Order Follow up
- Price/Commercial Issue coordination
- Tool refurbishment & Retooling
- Tool/Die Scrapping for Obsolete Model Parts
- Alternate Sourcing for Closed Vendors & Parts
- Vendor visits to verify the action plan and closing the observations
