Job Title: Project In charge (Utility Infrastructure Projects)

Required Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Required Qualification: B.Tech (Full Time / Regular)

Job Responsibilities:

·        MEP Coordinator & Design Engineer (Revit/ AutoCAD/Sketchup 3D)

·        Experienced MEP Design Engineer responsible for the design, drafting, modeling, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, and ELV systems using Revit, AutoCAD & Sketchup 3D. Skilled in preparing design drawings, BIM models, shop drawings, coordination drawings, clash detection, and ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural disciplines throughout project execution.

·        Planning, designing, and execution of utility works in compliance with the latest IS and NBC standards.

·        Preparation of detailed, item-wise BOQs, detailed specification documents, finishing schedules, utility schemes, interior schemes, TDS as per approved make list to clearly define the overall project scope.

·        Capital and revenue procurement in accordance with MSIL guidelines.

Technical / Functional:

·        Prepare HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical system layouts in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.

·        Perform MEP system design calculations and equipment selection.

·        Develop schematic and detailed design drawings based on project specifications.

·        Review and optimize MEP designs for efficiency, constructability, and sustainability.

·        Revit BIM Modeling/Sketch up-3D Modelling/ AutoCAD Drafting.

·        Generate plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and BOQs from Revit models.

·        Prepare MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.

·        Update drawings based on consultant comments, site requirements, and design revisions.

·        Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards and drafting guidelines.

·        Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines.

·        Maintains discipline, professionalism, and respect at the workplace

Must have Skill:

·        AutoCAD/Sketchup 3D/Autodesk Revit

·        MEP Coordinator & Design Engineer

·        Microsoft office/Word/Excel

·        Good Communication Skill

·        Familiarity with IS codes, IEC standards, NBC guidelines
