Digitalization, Automation Engineer

Design & Development Experience with Auditing & PM Skills

3–6 years of experience in digitalization, application development, or automation roles, with exposure to workflow automation, process improvement preferably in Engineering domain

IT Background (Any Industry)

KRAs:

Will be part of team responsible for:

(a)   Design and develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

(b)   Build scalable backend logic using Python and other programming languages.

(c)   Develop automation workflows using Power Automate / RPA tools.

(d)   Create user-friendly UI interfaces for internal applications.

Competencies:

a.     Power Apps / low-code application development for business solutions

b.     Programming capability in Python, SQL, and basic scripting

c.     Understanding of enterprise systems (PLM, SAP, engineering tools)

d.     Data analysis, reporting, and visualization

e.     Good analytical skills.

Should have good communication skills, can coordinate within ENGG & across vertical and enthusiasm to take up stiff challenging targets. 

Other job requirements:

a.     Familiarity with Agile / iterative development methodologies

b.     Ability to translate business problems into digital solutions with structured approach
